Kueh oh so Tiring cake

Presenting to you.... Zheng ZheNG ZHENGGGGGGGG

Kuih Lapis

We had good feedbacks regarding the taste of our cake. Some say sweet others said not sweet enough.. haa.. diff taste paletts i guess. The layers turned out pretty well right? Afterall, it's the layered-lines are the ones that make Kuih Lapis so special.
I have to admit, it lived up to it's name of a tiresome and time-consuming process. Lucky thing, on the day we baked the kuih, the television was screening Australian Open Tennis Finals 2010, Roger Federer VS Andy Murray. It entertained us throughout the baking process, whew!
* YAY!!!Roger Federer won 3-0*
Owed to our awesome combined effort, I would consider this as a SUCCESS. More to go.... * right del?* *winks*
